David Forman Ltd is owned by Olivia Blaylock & Stuart Sinclair, who purchased the business in October 2009.

Olivia Blaylock
Managing Director

After a successful career in sales and marketing, which included being awarded the “Supreme Sales & Marketer of the Year Award 2007” by the Sales & Marketing Institute and a finalist in the TVNZ Marketing Magazine “Marketer of the Year” award, Olivia is loving being in the driver’s seat and leading the day to day running of the David Forman business.

Mum to Riley and Cooper, Olivia spends her weekends on the sideline of sports fields, going on walks or bike rides but always navigates the kids to a cafe for a coffee stop on the way!

Stuart Sinclair
Director

One of David Forman’s facilitators, Stuart loves working with clients to help achieve their business and personal results. When Stuart isn’t facilitating (and isn’t playing golf!) he works with the David Forman team to help us achieve our business goals.

Outside of work Stuart is busy coaching Riley’s football team, spending time with family and friends and watching a whole lot of sport!

Christy Stead
Operations Manager

With a successful career in event management prior to joining David Forman, Christy’s high level of professionalism and customer service ensures our programmes are delivered to the high standard you can expect from a David Forman programme.

Christy and her team manage all pre and post workshop projects & reporting, venue and travel arrangements, public calendar dates, production of workshop materials and all our technology elements.

When she’s not working Christy likes to walk her dog Daisy, spend time with family & friends and is often trying out new recipes using local organic produce.
