We have a facilitation team of five, all of whom (with the exception of co-owner Stuart Sinclair) are self employed contractors. This means they bring relevant and recent business experience to add to their considerable facilitation skills. They understand the challenges faced by businesses in today’s environment as they face many of the same challenges themselves. It also enables them to undertake work outside of the David Forman environment, both within and outside of New Zealand, ensuring they are exposed to the latest thinking in learning and development and continually honing their skills and challenging themselves to do what they do better.
Our team boasts a combined total of more than 60 years training experience. There are few challenges they haven’t faced and overcome, resulting in outcomes for clients that have seen clearly measurable improvements in individual and organisational performance and results.
