After a successful career in banking with senior roles in sales, marketing, business development and project management, Heidi left to pursue a career in adult education. She has worked in a number of large organisations throughout New Zealand specialising in sales and service and leadership training. A qualified teacher, Heidi is an experienced instructional designer who works closely with her clients to develop customised solutions that support their strategic direction. Heidi is a strong communicator and engaging facilitator. She is passionate about seeing people challenged and inspired to make positive changes in both their personal and business lives. Heidi uses her experience and expertise to deliver our Sales Development, Key Account Management, Territory Planning & Management, Prospecting & New Business Development programmes and FranklinCovey 7 Habits of Highly Effective People and Focus programmes.
