About Sara

Sara’s broad experience spans Sales and Customer Service Management in industries as diverse as Banking, Corporate Travel, Cosmetics and Learning. Her career success includes management of  sales teams, and facilitators, and over 14 years in learning delivery. 

 A core strength for Sara is her ability to tailor learning from design through to delivery; ensuring any new knowledge or skill is client specific. This coupled with her ability to engage, energise and accelerate the learning journey with her natural charisma and drive, keeps her in demand across Australasia. Her participants report being challenged and motivated, with their leaders reporting significant improvement in performance and attitude.

What made you take up facilitating?

"Well, given my background in performing arts (singing, dancing, acting) it is probably not surprising I ended up as a facilitator! Actually my background in Sales Management, coaching my teams, and becoming involved in customisation of learning, drew me to working in the Learning and Development arena. My business grew from there as business contacts and friends asked for help with their people & projects. I was also exposed to David Forman methodology and facilitation boot camp fairly early on in my training career, which set the bar for me."

"My style has been described as a mix of challenging and supportive, I have high energy, get engagement, and when I work with people, they change, grow, shift, move."
