The purpose of this workshop is for team leaders and firstline supervisors to understand their role and to achieve effective results through their team members and apply the techniques back in the workplace.

Participants will learn the skills to develop and maintain positive supervisor/team leader attitudes and behaviours and team leadership skills. They will learn how to positively influence the performance of staff through actions, setting goals and controlling consequences.
