Selling is the lifeblood of business. And whether you’re selling products, services, ideas or philosophies, the principles remain the same.

Sales Development is a customer centric programme that combines tried and tested approaches with the mindset needed to be successful in today’s dynamic marketplace. Participants will develop the understanding of what motivates their customers to buy, and learn the core skills of building rapport, establishing needs, building urgency, selling on value, dealing with resistance and gaining agreement.

But just learning what to do isn’t enough. The highly experiential workshop will allow participants to build their competence and confidence through the many opportunities to practice the skills, receive feedback and reflect, before repeating the process until they feel comfortable to use the skills in real life situations with customers.

This foundational programme will help participants gain the knowledge, skills and attitudes and translate them into behaviours and results that will define their success as a sales professional.
