We are very saddened to advise that the founder of our company, David Forman, passed away recently at his home.
 

David and his wife Shane founded the company in 1970 and built it into New Zealand’s leading business training company.
 

David was a real visionary, shaping the training industry and educating the business market on the value of developing people. He was also a multi talented person – he was a respected musician, entertainer and a best-selling author.
 

Despite selling the company more than 20 years ago, he retained a keen interest in it and was happy to share his wisdom and regale stories of the old days. Many long-standing clients had the privilege of working with David and we still hear stories of the influence he had on them personally and on their organisation.
 

David will be sorely missed and we offer our heartfelt condolences to Shane and his family.
