Behaviour Change

At David Forman, we believe that training which doesn’t result in improved behaviours in the workplace is a waste of time and money. We employ a range of methods to ensure maximum transfer of the knowledge and skills into new and more effective behaviours.

We see the key to long term sustainable behaviour change as a process that is created in partnership with our clients. We aim to offer a solution to clients which draws heavily on the concept of 10% formal training, 20% coaching support and reinforcement, 70% doing on-the-job. We see your managers actively involved in supporting skills transfer and sustainable long-term behaviour change and all of our programmes have pre and post workshop projects to help with this and provide maximum value for your investment.
