Gavin joined David Forman in 1994 as a senior consultant. His speciality areas include performance management, project leadership, management development, negotiation and leadership at all levels. He also specialises in business communication, including presentation skills and effective report and proposal writing.

Jan is a clinical psychologist with extensive senior management experience in both the public and private health sectors. Since joining David Forman in 1992 he combines his practical knowledge of psychology and management to develop and present programs which meet the changing needs of business.

Stuart is an experienced business professional with more than 25 years experience in a range of marketing and management arenas. From running the branch of a major advertising agency to sales, marketing management, publishing, direct marketing, university lecturing and research, Stuart’s experience spans a vast array of business areas.
Stuart has worked with David Forman since 2006 and delivers Sales Development, Sales Planning, Sales Management, Key Account Management and Prospecting & New Business Development training. Stuart is also the NZ facilitator for the world renowned Franklin Covey programme, The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People. He is very motivational and engaging and is passionate about helping others to discover their potential and putting it into practice to make a difference in their careers and their lives.

After a successful career in banking with senior roles in sales, marketing, business development and project management, Heidi left to pursue a career in adult education.
Heidi uses her experience and expertise to deliver our Sales Development, Key Account Management, Territory Planning & Management and Prospecting & New Business Development programmes.
She has worked in a number of large organisations throughout New Zealand specialising in sales and service and leadership training. A qualified teacher, Heidi is an experienced instructional designer who works closely with her clients to develop customised solutions that support their strategic direction.Heidi is a strong communicator and engaging facilitator. She is passionate about seeing people challenged and inspired to make positive changes in both their personal and business lives.
Heidi is based in Auckland.
