Cancellation Policy - Important Note: This a FIRM BOOKING
The following terms & conditions will apply: All cancellations require formal notification at all times (e-mail, fax, letter).

Substitution of participant - Allowed any time before start of seminar.
Cancellation or transfer outside 10 working days - No charge but maximum 2 transfers.
Cancellation or transfer within 10 working days - Full fee/no refund; transfer will incur additional full fee.
No Show - Full fee/no refund. Late arrivals will not be accepted after 10.00am.
David Forman Ltd reserves the right to cancel or amend any seminar prior to commencement date.
