Audit New Zealand has developed over the last two years a comprehensive learning and development matrix designed to assist staff grow professionally and develop into quality auditors and managers. A team of internal trainers delivers a significant proportion of Audit's training with the remainder facilitated by external providers.
Training/Business Objectives
Audit New Zealand needed 16 staff trainers upskilled in the following areas:
- Training development & design, including research, objective setting and session planning
- Presentation skills
- Instructional methods
- Techniques for handling difficult situations
