Stuart Sinclair
Joint Managing Director

Stuart is an experienced business professional with more than 25 years experience in a range of marketing and management arenas. From running the branch of a major advertising agency to sales, marketing management, publishing, direct marketing, university lecturing and research, Stuart’s experience spans a vast array of business areas.

Stuart has worked with David Forman since 2006 and delivers Sales Development, Sales Planning, Sales Management, Key Account Management and Prospecting & New Business Development training. Stuart is also the NZ facilitator for the world renowned Franklin Covey programme, The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People.  He is very motivational and engaging and is passionate about helping others to discover their potential and putting it into practice to make a difference in their careers and their lives.

Olivia Blaylock
Joint Managing Director

Olivia has had 15 years sales and marketing experience in a variety of industries including non-profit, transport and logistics, telecommunications, IT, business services and exporting.

Olivia was awarded the “Marketing Professional of the Year” and the top overall honour of the “Supreme Sales and Marketing Professional of the Year” in the Sales and Marketing Institute Awards in 2007. She was also a finalist in the 2007 Marketing Magazine “Marketer of the Year” award.

Olivia has a Bachelor of Commerce and Management and a Post Graduate Diploma of Business (Marketing).
